After a few weeks full of research we finally conducted our first hands-on experiment. Our experiment was split into two main parts. Firstly we distributed surveys among the age group of our persona, this gave us some general intuition on how to being and about our experiment strategy. Our questions revolved around the idea of what elements will make you trust ride-sharing drivers.

Next, we proceeded to conduct a hands-on experiment, where we presented a few options for drivers; with different age, experience, gender, ethnicity, rating, personal relations, photos and more. Our experiment tested which of these factors played

a bigger role in their driver decision and which less and if uncovering these detailed made them want to use ride-sharing services or not.

The experiment result showed two very interesting findings

Both males and females have the same worries when considering ride sharing services

The most important elements to build trust are:

(1) Personal relation (2) Rating (3) experience
