Selection of 3 leading needs that emerged from the previous interviews And conducting additional interviews on new interviewees while focusing on the selected needs.
The needs
We focus on the following 3 needs:
1 .Multi model - The need to synchronize between different means of transportation, different lines and different companies
(An example of an illustration: the problem of accuracy in the chain of arrival to the destination, delay of the train dragging a missed
Cambus).
2. The accessibility of transportation in the explanatory sense, ie, clarification and explanation of the laws of movement / awareness
(Tourists, passengers in a new vehicle, arrival to the city with other parking laws).
3. Sense of trust and confidence in a cooperative journey.
Insights from the interviews
1. Multi Model:
It is important to synchronize the timing of the different milestones. While viewing the entire route, you can see the All alternatives while comparing time, price and more parameters.
When there are changing needs (meeting, lengthening, etc.), it is important to have an up-to-date and accurate timing of Public Transport. So that the number of modes of transport will be synchronized in parallel and according to needs.
2. Informational accessibility:
it is necessary to create a sense of familiarity, a soft landing spring for new and old transportation Israeli users.
A tool that explains simply and updated how to get from point A to point B while synchronizing any means.
Easier accessibility of digital signage in public transport (current station, next station, etc.)
Arrange payment for public transport by credit card, pay-pal, etc.
3. Creating a sense of trust and confidence in a cooperative journey:
In order to create a sense of security in a cooperative journey, external inspection of drivers and passengers must be conducted.
Changing the perception that a stump is a dangerous thing.
Produce a trust indicator to inspire confidence in the cooperative journey.
