This week we improved our question to "HMW":

How might we improve trust for riders in shared transportation.

We created a timeline in which we describe the journey that Dana is undergoing, the desire to get from one place to another and the choice to use a shared ride.

With the help of sticky notes, we have raised all possible solutions to the problem Dana is facing. we categorized our solution to Applicable, Non-applicable, and crazy ideas.

At Home

In addition, we had to think about our favorite features in most of the various applications we use and apply them to the ideas we put in the classroom.

We also had to think about "the perfect assistant" for Dana and how she helps her from the moment she decides she needs to get to a certain place.
