Finalizing Persona

Last week our goal was to understand our persona more deeply.

DANA:

Dana is a 24-year-old female college student. She has started her first degree in the central area of Israel. she doesn't own a car and lives in the city area. Dana financially supports herself by waitress at the evening at a restaurant in her city. Dana is considered from the millennial generation. She is very technologically capable, owns a smartphone, and very active on her social media, such as Facebook and Instagram. Dana has a repetitive daily routine since starting college. She wakes up and travels to her school using public transportation, she takes the bus from below her apartment to the train, and outside the train, she uses the school’s shuttle to get to campus. After her lectures, she goes back home to get ready for her evening shift using the shuttle, train, and bus again. After getting ready. Dana travels to her work using a bus and at the end of her shift, she returns home with a taxi.

Needs/Challenges

Lack of secure and trust feeling in ride sharing.
Wish to avoid uncomfortable social interactions.
Need a specific destination.
Need a faster way to arrive at a destination.
Wish to be proactive and efficient with personal time - i.e. prefers to do personal phone calls during a ride.
Fewer transportation options at night and weekends.
